This enabled us to create an efficient customer journey map which allowed us to develop key design elements for both farmers and buyers. The design process then moved on to creating the visual identity of My Lagro. We designed an intuitive and elegant user interface that is easy to use and provides farmers and buyers with a seamless flow when buying, selling or finding products. To ensure safety and security for all users, we integrated various advanced features such as two-factor authentication, secure payment options, and up-to-date encryption. We also focused heavily on providing users with flexibility in terms of product listings, custom filters, and a notification system to keep them informed throughout their journey.
